Difference between Inconel 600 Plate, Sheet, and Foil: Inconel 600 Plate has a thickness of greater than 6.35 mm,Inconel 600 Cold Rolled Sheet has a thickness of greater than 0.15 mm and less than 6.35mm, and 2.4816 Foil has a thickness of less than 0.15mm. The high nickel content of Inconel Alloy 600 Coils provides outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking in circumstances where traditional machining practises for iron-constructed alloys may be used. UNS N06600 is an alloy which is nickel-chromium based. It provides excellent resistance to oxidation at increased temperatures.
